Direct Support Professional Position description:

Duties

Under general supervision, plans, organizes and directs clients' programming and activities within a community residential setting; delivers implementation and monitoring of clients' individual treatment programs to enhance the consumers' independence; provides supports in activities of daily living and personal care.
 

Requirements

  • SC driver's license with good driving record
  • Able to lift 50 lbs
  • Must attend 5 days of classroom training
  • Must be trained in crisis management procedures and techniques and maintain a practitioner or higher level of certification

Director of Employee Services Position description:

Duties

Under the limited supervision of the Executive Director, performs Human Resources related duties at a professional level and carries out responsibilities in all of the following functional areas: employee relations, recruitment, policy and procedure implementation, compensation and benefits, payroll and other job related functions.

 

Requirements

  • SC driver's license with good driving record
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent and two years experience in Human Resources.
