Under the general supervision of the Direct Support Supervisor or Residential Manager, supports people to achieve their highest level of independence.

Director Of Employee Services (HR/Payroll)

Under the limited supervision of the Executive Director, performs Human Resources related duties at a professional level and carries out responsibilities in all of the following functional areas: employee relations, recruitment, policy and procedure implementation, compensation and benefits, payroll and other job related functions.



             · SC Driver's License with good driving record

             · At least 18 years of age

             · High School diploma or equivalent and two years of human resources experience

Under the supervision of the Lead LPN, the LPN is responsible for insuring the general health care needs of all people supported are met in accordance with DDSN Standards, DHEC Standards, HFCA Standards and State Nursing Regulations.


Requirements For LPN

          · Current LPN Licensure with S.C. State Board Of Nursing

          ·  Experience working with special needs populations preferred

          ·  Ability to work independently

          ·  Valid SC Driver's License with a good driving record

          ·  Good computer skills
