Direct Support Professional Positions Available

  • Part-Time Position A (7 openings): Noon-Midnight, Saturday and Sunday, Every Other Weekend

Direct Support Professional Position description:

Duties

Under general supervision, plans, organizes and directs clients' programming and activities within a community residential setting; delivers implementation and monitoring of clients' individual treatment programs to enhance the consumers' independence; provides supports in activities of daily living and personal care.
 

Requirements

  • SC driver's license with good driving record
  • Able to lift 50 lbs
  • Must attend 7 days of classroom training
  • Must be trained in crisis management procedures and techniques and maintain a practitioner or higher level of certification

 

 

Staff Accountant Position Available

  • Full-time (1 opening)

 

Accountant Position description:

Duties

Under the supervision of the Executive Director, performs the duties of a full-charge bookkeeper. The selected candidate should have experience in financial statements, bank reconciliation and general bookkeeping. Job duties include: processing, maintaining and managing accounts payable activities, managing contract and vendor proposals and relationships, and acting as a backup to other administrative activities such as the payroll and accounts receivable staff.

 

Requirements

  • SC driver's license with good driving record
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to work independently
  • Five years experience in accounting/bookkeeping
  • Good computer skills, including knowledge of accounting and payroll software systems
  • Familiarity with fund-based accounting would be a plus

  

 

Nurse Position Available

  • Part-time (1 opening)

 

Nurse Position description:

Duties

Under the supervision of the Lead LPN, insures that individuals supported in community-training home and intermediate care facility have proper nursing care. Assists with other nursing needs at the agency. 

 

Requirements

  • SC driver's license with good driving record
  • Current LPN licensure with the SC State Board of Nursing
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with special needs population preferred
  • Good computer skills
