Direct Support Professional Positions Available

  • Part-Time Position A (3 openings): Noon-Midnight, Saturday and Sunday, Every Other Weekend
  • Part-Time Position B (3 openings): 1st, and 3rd shifts, Saturday and Sunday, Every Other Weekend
  • Part-Time Position C (3 openings): Midnight-Noon, Saturday and Sunday, Every Other Weekend
  • Part-Time Position D (1 opening): 7 p.m.-12 midnight, Monday through Friday
  • Part-Time Position E (1 opening): 8 a.m.-8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, Every Other Weekend
  • Part-Time Position F (1 opening): 9 a.m.-2 p.m., Monday through Friday

Direct Support Professional Position description:

Duties

Under general supervision, plans, organizes and directs clients' programming and activities within a community residential setting; delivers implementation and monitoring of clients' individual treatment programs to enhance the consumers' independence; provides supports in activities of daily living and personal care.
 

Requirements

  • SC driver's license with good driving record
  • Able to lift 50 lbs
  • Must attend 7 days of classroom training
  • Must be trained in crisis management procedures and techniques and maintain a practitioner or higher level of certification

 

Direct Support Supervisor Position Available

  • Full-time (1 opening)

Direct Support Supervisor Position description:

Duties

Under the supervision of Community Training Home Coordinator, provides supervision of house personnel, implements programs for residents of the home, provides accountability and ensures safety of all individuals residing in the home, schedules/maintains staff coverage

 

Requirements

  • SC driver's license with good driving record
  • One year of experience with individuals with special needs and one year of experience in supervision or an acceptable combination of both
  • Able to lift 50 lbs
  • Must attend 7 days of classroom training
  • Must be trained in crisis management procedures and techniques and maintain a practitioner or higher level of certification
  • Good computer skills
